Thomas A. Sweeney
Mr. Sweeney’s practice involves all aspects of litigation with particular emphasis in
representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury, product liability and medical
malpractice litigation. He has handled several Plaintiffs’ cases which have resulted in multi-million
dollar results. An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Sweeney has handled scores of jury and bench trials,
in addition to arbitrations and mediations throughout Greater Cincinnati. He has extensive experience
working with expert witnesses in many different specialty fields. He was voted by his peers as being
